i won 5 pound for silk bingo last wk on here via the prize vault and i have not had my money, it was due in my account today, i think its a waste of stars and ur playing for nothing

I have had all my wins pay out get onto customer support

hope they do sort this out as love this site but cant see the point of winning stars for nothing

i've had a similar problem

i got my bingo bucks for yesterday for think bingo but the ones for party bingo havent been credited yet and its over a week now. i think that party bingo is a big con and wont be going on there any.

I Loveeeee it , the only problem i have had is the site freezing

I E Mail them yesterday about the site keep freezing, and they e mailed me back to say that they would try to fix it in the next couple of weeks we will wait and see lol
