Sorry about the 9:30pm draws

i seem to be unable to buy any draw tickets for the last few weeks, It says I have tickets but it doesn't take the stars needed to buy the tickets so i assume that I am not entered into the draws. Please can someone resolve this or let me know what is happening. thank you.
