when your off line as your updating

why do u say you will be bk on 5 10 mins time as your updating when infact its nearly an hour really frustrating

I think it's just a standard message thing they stick up there when it goes down. It doesn't actually mean anything!!! I've learnt that now on here, when that comes up (or anything else) I just go away & do something else for a few hours & HOPE it's back the next time...
