There is no error with the mirrors. Rather the balance has not updated to take account of the cost of the spin (as MUMof5Girls correctlty pointed out). Therefore when you get the prize added it also deducts the cost of the spin at the same time--which makes it look like you are being short changed.

We are looking to change it so it makes more sense for players!

I know it's annoying! The faults on the site are minimal now and we are continuing to try to iron out the little bugs. Unfortunately some players will always experience freezing due to a poor internet connection or slow networks (we can't control that)/

We will do our best to resolve it for you. Unfortunately due the number of enquiries we get it can take us a few days to get back to you. It is also worth checking your Junk mail folder to make sure our reply has not ended up in there.

As long as you have entered the username for a bingo site when you win a free bingo money prize at that site the prize will be auto claimed. If you have not entered the username before you won then you will need to add the username in a claim the prize for it to be processed.

With Iceland vouchers as long as you have entered your address on your account your voucher will be processed.

So remember to avoid delays always claim your prizes as soon as possible and make sure your address is listed on your account correctly!
