This means that every Monday morning we will submit the lists of winners to the relevant bingo sites for crediting. Once the usernames are with bingo sites they have 3 working days to apply the credit. However, we expect most to do the crediting in the same day.

For example:
If you win £5 for Moon Bingo in a draw on a Thursday night. Your username for Moon Bingo will be submitted to Moon Bingo the following Monday morning.

Please make sure that you claim every prize where instructed and that you always enter your bingo usernames in the "My bingo sites" part of "My account". We strongly recommend that players submit their usernames before they win a prize as this cuts down on any delays you may experience.

It is the players responsbility to ensure that you have entered the correct username for the bingo site.
